Mervin McKnight was born to live aboard. He grew up in Long Beach California. I went to Millikan High School, after the death of his father, he was then off to studied in Mexico City at UNAM, later in Managua Nicaragua Universidad Nacional, Long Beach State University BA, then to Spain La Complutense de Madrid Spain and a Masters Degree Escuela Oficial de Idiomas – Tenerife Spain. I am a Bilingual Licensed Real Estate Agent in Mexico. I got started in Real Estate and Real Estate Marketing in Tenerife, Canary Islands – Spain. In 1984, I was recruited and employed by Resort Properties in Playas de las Americas Tenerife. There we sold out the Palm Beach Club Resort in 29 months with over £48 million in total sales with only 48,000 prospects. Making Palm Beach Club the most successful Timeshare Resort in the World. lived in Spain for 20 years before moving to Baja California. Although my thoughts regarding Timeshare sales has changed 180° back then I thought Mervin was on top of the world.

Mervin returned to California in 2002 just to be lured to Baja California. Although Mexico is not perfect, it is perfect for me. I see Mexico as I did Spain back in the 80s…a fast growing with a young population and a growing middle class, Mexico is set to be a super economic powerhouse in the coming years.
